The essence of birth is love. In love all polarities merge: trust and fear, pain and pleasure, softness and strength, past and future, spirit and flesh. In love we become whole.

Yoga gives us the tools to love, to merge. So we weave these tools of breath and body into the process of Birth and come into deep intimacy with ourselves, our babies and the mystery of Life.

We are the knowledge we look for outside ourselves. Birth reveals the profound wisdom we embody as mother and child: a union of two,
held as One.
